Precise, organised, and a true multitasker, Alessia is able to flawlessly execute one programme whilst simultaneously planning the next. Any duty under her charge runs smoothly and she takes great pleasure in helping to create outstanding educational experiences. As an ambitious person she is proactive, and her inquisitive nature encourages her to look beyond surface level appearances to fully get to grips with any situation.

At first glance she can be perceived as a serious minded individual who is set in her ways, but don’t let that fool you! Once you get to know her you realise that she has a heart of gold and is someone with great, hidden depths. She never backs down from a challenge but rather is sparked when meeting any obstacle that comes her way, head-on. Her creativity blesses her with the ability to think ‘outside-the-box’, finding novel solutions to unorthodox problems, and discovering new and improved methods to enhance processes.
